Nothing in the App, on our website, or in any communications from Alpsoft Inc. shall be construed as financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other kind of professional advice. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make. We strongly recommend that you consult with a qualified financial advisor, accountant, and/or legal counsel before making any financial decisions.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate information, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information displayed in the App, including but not limited to:

• Cryptocurrency prices and market data
• Token balances and transaction history
• Swap rates and fee estimates
• Gas fee calculations
• Network status and confirmation times

Price data is sourced from third-party providers (CoinGecko) and may differ from prices on specific exchanges. Always verify critical information through multiple independent sources before making financial decisions.

Cryptocurrency Risks

Cryptocurrency and digital assets involve significant risks, including but not limited to:

• Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate dramatically in short periods. You may lose some or all of your investment.
• Irreversible Transactions: Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded once confirmed. Sending assets to an incorrect address will result in permanent loss.

No Custody of Funds

369 Wallet is a non-custodial (self-custody) wallet. Alpsoft Inc. does not hold, control, or have access to your funds, private keys, or seed phrase at any time. We cannot freeze, seize, or transfer your assets. We cannot recover lost seed phrases or private keys. If you lose access to your seed phrase, your funds are permanently inaccessible and unrecoverable by anyone, including Alpsoft Inc.

The App may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or protocols. Alpsoft Inc. does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party services, including their content, privacy practices, security, or availability. The App is not intended for use in jurisdictions where the use of cryptocurrency wallets or related services is prohibited or restricted by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Alpsoft Inc. makes no representation that the App is appropriate or available for use in all locations.
